Katelyn and Rivu met at The University of Missouri in October of 2016 and started seeing each other after they returned from winter break. The following spring, they bonded over their shared love of nature, books, and movies and quickly fell in love. After graduating, Katelyn moved to Portland, Oregon knowing Rivu was interested in a life there as well. He joined her just 8 months later and they've been together ever since enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest! They are now also the proud parents to a mini-dapple dachshund, Clementine, who brings them daily laughs, joy, and snuggles.
