The two of us met several years back while working at a law firm in Downtown Boston. While our paths never truly crossed until we both left the firm, Mike reached out during the pandemic to express interest. Shortly after, we went on our first date at Lola 42 in Boston's Seaport District.

While in Miami on vacation, Mike had organized a romantic proposal on the beach. As we walked up to a beautifully ornate tipi picnic with roses, candles, and photos of our special moments, Kate's favorite song about nostalgia was playing. Mike got down on one knee and popped the question! Kate said YES! We celebrated with a beautiful setup of charcuterie and champagne until the sun set.
