LAX is almost always cheaper than San Diego but is an 1 1/2- 2 1/2 hours away. If you're planning on renting a car this could be a good option for you though!

This is a great option, as there's not a lot of "strictly hotels" in the area (it's a lot of timeshares that have a boutique hotel attached). This is also right across the street from the beach and walking distance to the church!

This is SUCH a cute place literally right around the corner from the church. Very beach vibes. I think it gets pricey in the summer but is a great option if you can snag a deal!

Another walkable very cute spot, again could. be pricey but location is ideal!

Hilton Garden Inn Carlsbad Beach

There's a TON of Hilton's around the area that are all super nice. Again, a lot of hotels are more vacation rentals, but could be a nice option if you want to join forces a get few rooms etc. This spot is about a 10 min drive from Carlsbad Village.
