What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. If you are unsure of what colors to wear, just think Fall. No jeans or t-shirts, please. If you intend to wear heels, we recommend a chunky heel due to the terrain of the venue.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Answer
The ceremony will take place at the Old House Site. The reception will take place at the Wehle Center. Both of these are located in Historic Blakley State Park in Spanish Fort, AL.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors. The reception will offer indoor seating with outdoor entertainment.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
Guests will be escorted to the reception location for cocktail hour.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Is transportation provided?
Answer
You may drive to the wedding venue where parking is available. Transportation is not provided.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Once you enter the park, please follow the signs present along the road. Parking is free and will be clearly marked.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

The RSVP deadline is September 30th. Please complete your RSVP online.

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

There will be light snacks and drinks provided.

Gifts are not required or requested but if you would like to contribute, a small donation to our honeymoon fund would be greatly appreciated.

The venue does not allow liquor. Beer, wine and seltzer will be provided along with multiple non-alcoholic options via open bar.
