There will be light bites and drinks flowing! We want to kick off our wedding weekend by having everyone together to celebrate the start of a memorable couple of days. Enjoy food and drinks on us as a way to say thank you for traveling all this way to help us tie the knot. Cheers!

The Boat Yard Beach Club

We are working to coordinate transportation from the hotel to The Boatyard. This is a beach park with ocean trampolines, high dives, rope swings and music, drinks and food. It is a place we went to together the first time Katelyn traveled to Barbados with Justin's family. We are looking forward to feeling like our 16 year-old selves again and hope you will join us there!

Catamaran Cruise

Come prepared in your swimsuits, flip-flops or sandals, along with packing your own sunscreen.
This excursion is something we did the first time we were on the island together and it was a blast. We will cruise around the beautiful island together drinking Rum Punches and dancing to Soca Music! This includes snorkeling with turtles, beach time, and open bar and buffet. The boat has a max capacity of 65 guests. We are bringing along our wedding party, family and the first 40 people to RSVP. This will cost $50pp if you wish to join! You can reserve your spot by RSVP'ing through this site. We will add information for private bookings if you are interested in doing something similar on your own or if this fills up. Stay tuned...

Ceremony

Beach Wedding Attire: elegant yet relaxed, lightweight, breathable fabrics, soft or vibrant colors, and practical footwear suitable for sand and sun.
The time has come to finally say our vows and seal the deal! Join us on the beach with the Caribbean sea as our back drop as we officially tie the knot! Though our planner has allotted an hour time-block for the ceremony, we imagine it must be faster, right? Let's get to the party!!!
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Take a few steps up from the beach and you're now on the Charles Fort Terrace with views of the ocean wrapped all the way around. Enjoy some light bites with our signature drinks.
Reception
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Time to party! Welcome the newlyweds and celebrate the night in the base of the Charles Fort. Enjoy a Caribbean crafted meal and then dance under the twinkling lights strung around the tropical tress above us. The night we've all been waiting for and our last night to all get to be together. Dance, drink, laugh, and celebrate!
