Where is the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding will be taking place at the beautiful Hillside at Red Rock, 275 Colina Rd., Fredericksburg, TX 78624.

Are the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?
Answer
With weather permitting we will be having an outdoor ceremony, though February does get chilly so plan accordingly. The reception that follows will be indoors.

Is there hotel blocking provided?
Answer
We are excited to share that our venue does have cabins located on the property available for booking. 4 smaller cabins sleep 2 on a queen bed with B&B service. 2 larger cabins, capable of sleeping 6 each also with B&B service. If you would like to stay in the cabins, please let us know so we can share the event booking link with you. There are plenty of other wonderful places to stay in Fredericksburg downtown. While lodging will be at the guests' expense, we hope these options make it easy to find something perfect for your stay.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our wedding is Formal, so use this time as a dress to impress! Pull out your fanciest floor-length dress and suit, but please do not wear white, ivory, or anything that could be mistaken as such.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP as soon as possible but no later than January 22. If we do not receive an RSVP by this date, unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions and will mark you as “not attending”. We need to provide the venue with a total headcount in a timely manner, we hope to see you!!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space and to keep our wedding intimate and special, we're limiting our guest list to only those listed on the invitation and guests on the RSVPs on this website. We truly appreciate your understanding as we create a meaningful day surrounded by our closest loved ones. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Is the wedding child-free or can children attend?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be a child-free (other than those in the wedding party) celebration! This allows all of our guests to relax and enjoy the day to the fullest. We hope to see you and appreciate your understanding on this special occasion!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, please let us know if you have any dietary concerns when you RSVP.

What time is the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will be at 11:00 AM, please be in your seats by 10:45.

Are phones allowed during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask for your help in making our ceremony truly special by keeping it phone-free. We'd love for you to be fully present with us in the moment. Don't worry, our photographer will capture every detail, and we promise to share the photos with you!

Can I take photos during the reception?
Answer
Yes, feel free to snap photos and capture memories during the reception! We just kindly ask that you hold off on posting anything to social media until we've had the chance to share our special day first. Thank you for your understanding, we cant wait to see your beautiful photos after!
