Right now we’re full steam ahead and hoping for the best! We will encourage mask use and have an ample supply of sanitizer! Both of us are fortunate enough to have been fully vaccinated. If you or a family member is experiencing Covid-like symptoms please follow CDC guidelines and stay home for the safety of everyone. We will continue to keep you updated as things continue to evolve.
Yes! We love our big families and that includes everyone, big and small. Don't be afraid, though, to get a babysitter and take the night off to enjoy yourself, too!
If your invitation says "and Guest," then, yes, feel free. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing extra party members (otherwise you'll both be sharing a seat and a dinner plate!). We love everyone and want so many people to attend our wedding, but our venue has size limits.
Dressy casual. Please refrain from wearing blue jeans and tennis shoes! But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose!
The Bowery has been made entirely wheelchair accessible! There is an elevator inside to aid our guests who are a little less steady on stairs, too. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside and the seating will be on benches. If you are a guest who requires back support for seating, please let us know prior to the ceremony.
Yes! There is ample parking at The Bowery. We are offering a shuttle service between the hotels and the venue, too, and we strongly encourage our guests utilize the shuttle to deter drinking and driving! If you find that you aren't quite as sober to drive back to the hotel as you thought you would be, you can leave your car parked at The Bowery overnight, it just must be retrieved by 9:00 AM the following morning.
Yes! Please just reach out to Jared or Katelyn and we’ll let our caterer know. They’re happy to help accommodate gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, and more special diets any way they can!
