Where is the Ceremony and Reception taking place at?

Answer

Both the Ceremony and Reception will be taking place at The Historic Greenbrier Farms: 225 Sign Pine Rd. Chesapeake, Virginia 23322

Question

Is the wedding/ceremony inside or outside?

Answer

The wedding and ceremony will both be taking place outside.

What time does the ceremony take place?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly right at 4pm EST.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are asking semi formal (no jeans) however keep in mind it will be an all outside wedding so please dress for the weather as well! Also HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLAT SHOES!

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

Food will be catered by Bubba N Franks Smokehouse: The food will be BBQ styles foods served as a buffet style.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes. There will be a semi open bar. We will be providing 2-3 signature mixed drinks a couple beer selections along with waters and sodas and mixers.

Can I bring more guests that are not listed on the RSVP/Invitation

Answer

Unfortunately at this time we ask that no added guests besides the ones listed on the RSVP/Invitation to attend. If you have any questions with this please get in touch with Greg or Katelyn.

What are your plans with Covid still on going?

Answer

As we know this is unprecedented times we will be doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests. As of right now we will be going forward as planned with the wedding. We understand the ever changing situation the whole world is in and if there is anything we can do to make the event more comfortable please feel free to let us know. With that said we understand that if you decide at any point that you are uncomfortable with attending please let us know so we can change your RSVP status. As much as we would love for everyone we invited to attend we more than ever understand the importance of staying safe and are more than understanding of your decisions to come or not. We will try and keep everyone updated as much and quickly as we can! Please check the website consistently for changes!

Question

With Covid do you plan on changing your guest count or possibly rescheduling?

Answer

At this time we plan on going forward with our guest count. We also do not plan on rescheduling. As we understand this may be upsetting to some if we have to cut guest count or cancel the wedding entirely. Please understand that we want everyone to attend that we have invited but we do not know were we may be in the Pandemic as our day comes. With that being said: we may have to cut the wedding guest list and if that is the case we will notify each guest accordingly. We will also be updating the website with any information so please remember to periodically check the website for any updates and RSVP as soon as possible.
