FAQs

The Wedding Website of Katelyn Oliver and Gracee Purcell
If you have any other questions besides what we have listed here, please reach out to Gracee and/or Katelyn.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The earlier the better! However, submitting your RSVP by the deadline is a must so we can plan accordingly. If we don't hear from you by then, we'll assume you're cheering us on from afar (and we'll miss you!). Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate guests who RSVP late or show up without a response.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and guest", you're good to go! If not, we're hoping to keep it intimate. Thanks for understanding.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our big day is 16+ only. Treat yourself to a night out! You deserve it!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite all guests to wear black cocktail attire. Embrace the elegance and come photo-ready! For ideas and inspiration, please visit the Guest Attire tab.

Question

Will there be food served at the reception?

Answer

A selection of mocktails, charcuterie, and cake will be offered at the reception. If you anticipate wanting a fuller meal, we suggest dining prior to the celebration.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early to be seated comfortably. We will be starting promptly at the ceremony time. Unfortunately, those fashionably late won't be able to gain access once the ceremony starts. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. Take as many photos as you'd like at the reception! We would love to see your point of view.
