Q&A

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love for you to dress up and wear formal attire for our day! This means suits for men, and long dresses or pantsuits for women. The ceremony will be outside on grass on the riverfront, so still dress practically! Avoid stilettos, very long dresses or big skirts, and keep in mind it may be windy or chilly. The reception will be indoors, however, so you won't be outside for long.

Question

If we have questions day of, who should we contact?

Answer

Please contact our wedding planner, Kelsey Allison, on the day of the wedding for any questions or concerns you may have! Her number is (803) 608-8847.

Question

Will it be an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

We want our guests to remember our wedding by being present first, not just through a phone. We will be sure to include plenty of photo opportunities, and will have an amazing photographer to capture every moment, so we ask that you wait to take pictures until after the ceremony!

Question

Will there be a time gap in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We have built in time between the ceremony and reception for our guests to travel from the park to the reception venue, as well as time for a cocktail hour.

Question

Will food restrictions be accommodated?

Answer

Yes! When you RSVP, we will include space for you to include your dietary restrictions. We will be so intentional to ensure you are taken care of! If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to one of us.

Question

Can I bring a plus one or children?

Answer

Due to venue capacities, we can only accommodate those listed on the RSVP. If you have specific questions, please reach out to us!

Question

Will there be a livestream or recording?

Answer

Yes, we will have the ceremony videoed in some capacity for those who will not be able to join us in person. Details to come!
