Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There are free shuttle services for both hotels listed on our website. If you would like transportation to the venue, please call ahead. Plan to leave for the ceremony with ample time if you choose to use the shuttle, as it has a limited occupancy and you may have to wait.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather in West Virginia is usually mild in November, but can be unpredictable at times! Be sure to come prepared with an extra layer such as a sweater or jacket if the temperature is on the colder side.

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire! Come dressed to impress with your dancing shoes!

Can I bring a date?

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. If you have any questions please ask us!

Will masks be available?

Answer

Yes! The Alumni Center will provide a mask for anybody who needs one. It is a requirement while inside any building in a public space unless you are seated at a table for a meal.
