Our story began at Physical Therapy Central, probably not the place either of us expected to find the love of our lives. After tearing his knee, Austin came to the clinic looking for rehabilitation and a path back to doing the things he loved. As one of the PT technicians, Katie was there to help guide him through his recovery. What started as patient and technician soon became friendly conversations, inside jokes, and finding reasons to look forward to each appointment. Somewhere between exercises, progress checks, and celebrating small victories, we realized there was something special growing between us. His knee eventually healed, but by then, neither of us were ready to walk away. What began as a recovery journey turned into a friendship, then a relationship, and ultimately a lifetime commitment. We often joke that he came to physical therapy to fix his knee, but he ended up finding his future wife instead. Now, we're excited to begin our greatest adventure yet together!
