FAQs

Question

What is the dress-code?

Answer

Cocktail attire! Men are welcome to wear suits and women can wear any form of a cocktail dress. We invite all guests to have fun with spring colors too! Blues, pinks, peaches, florals etc. are all encouraged!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you can, but definitely by April 15th.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a small parking lot across the street from St. Joseph's Church. Spots will fill up quickly, and guests are permitted to fill in the center of the lot once all spots are taken. There is some street parking around the church as well as parking garages. The reception will have enough parking for all guests!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

We will be providing transportation from downtown Lancaster to the reception so all guests can arrive for cocktail hour as well as safely back downtown once the reception is over. There will not be any cycling transportation, only at the beginning and end of the reception. This will make sense for any of you that are planning on consuming alcohol at the reception or those that are staying in the city.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Some of you are invited to bring a plus one, which will be indicated on your invitation. We just ask that you let us know if you plan on bringing someone so we can have an accurate guest count!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is a Catholic Mass and will begin at 1pm. We ask that you plan to arrive at 12:45 to ensure enough time to find parking and to get settled prior to the ceremony.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please proceed to the travel section of our website for hotel recommendations in the city as well as closer to our reception.
