While we would love for the wedding to be a night off for you, we understand the challenges of finding childcare. Your children are welcome to celebrate with us. Please note whether they will be joining us in your RSVP.

The ceremony will start at 4pm on Saturday, so arriving around 3:45pm would be perfect. To allow time for our vendors to set up, we kindly ask that you do not arrive earlier than 3:30pm that afternoon.
Dinner will be inside, but the ceremony and dancing will take place outside under a fully covered pavilion. April weather in Roanoke can be a bit unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a jacket in case it gets chilly!

To help our photographer and videographer capture the special moment as well as possible, we'd love to have phones silenced and tucked away during the ceremony. Afterwards, please take as many as possible and don't forget to share them all with us!
Nothing is more important to us than the health and saftey of all our guests. We'd like to avoid requiring masks, so we kindly ask that all guests are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or test negative within 2 days of the event. In case of last minute changes to local Virgina regulations for large groups, we also recommend traveling with a copy of your vaccination card or negative test results.
