Shuttle Bus Details

Answer

Two shuttle buses will be available to and from the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel. Bus 1: Departure: 3:10pm Bus 2: Departure: 3:20pm Both buses will return at 10:00pm We have a large number of guests taking the shuttle. If you can make it on the 1st bus, please do. We are trying to leave room on the 2nd bus for any guests checking in later. Please note, for guests staying at the Residence Inn, the Shuttle Bus is a short walk away (<5 minutes).

Labelle Winery - Amherst (345 State Rte 101, Amherst, NH 03031). Please note - there is another Labelle Winery located in Derry, NH. Please make sure to put the Amherst location in your GPS!

What Time Should I Arrive to The Ceremony?

We recommend arriving at 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.

Will the Wedding be Indoors or Outdoors?

The Ceremony will be held outdoors (weather-permitting). Cocktail Hour & Reception will be fully indoors. We recommend you come prepared with a warm jacket to be outdoors for the Ceremony.

What is the Dress Code?

Semi-Formal Attire For Men: Suit & tie For Ladies: Cocktail-length dress, sophisticated pantsuit, chic jumpsuit, or dressy separates. We kindly request no jeans, shorts, or t-shirts.

Yes, an open bar will be available to all our guests throughout cocktail hour and the reception. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options will be available.
