Question

Is your wedding celebration in September truly cancelled?

Answer

Unfortunately, yes. After doing copious amounts of research and listening to top medical professionals and scientists, it was not sounding optimistic that it would be safe to gather a large group of people together in September. Our number one priority is everyone's health and safety. We would rather be seen as potentially "overreacting" by making this decision now and have it turn out that everything would have been totally fine in September, than be caught in a situation where it's only a few weeks before the wedding and we have to cancel and have no backup plan and cause greater inconvenience for those who have to cancel travel. We simply, in good conscience, don't see a possibility of holding a large wedding in September.

Question

Are you really getting married on a Monday?

Answer

Yep! Andy got down on one knee in Grand Teton National Park on August 3rd, 2018. As we were looking at our schedules for when our new date would be, August 3rd, 2020 aligned perfectly. It was more important to us that the date was significant than if we got married on a weekend.

Question

How can we still be a part of your wedding day?

Answer

Glad you asked! We're going to livestream the ceremony from Grand Teton National Park on August 3rd. Please click on the "Wedding Day Schedule" tab to see the livestream access information. Additionally, we would love to "take you with us" on our elopement adventure. Since we can't get together in person and hear your words of wisdom, or have you write in our bucket list guest book we created, we would be so thrilled if you were to write us a letter with some wedding advice, or an item to add to our bucket list, or just a simple hello! If you choose to write us a letter, please write somewhere on the envelope "Open on August 3rd" so we know not to open it before then. We'll take all the letters we receive with us and read them on our wedding day! Letters can be sent to 3161 Finger Road, Green Bay, WI 54311

For all the days along the way
