We met and fell in love in August of 2018. Kat had just moved from her little hometown in Wisconsin to Colorado for school, and Win was already living in Fort Collins studying sustainable tourism. We were introduced by some friends, and from then on we were inseparable - taking each other on burrito and sushi dates, nightly hangs on the rooftop of Winâs house, and taking spontaneous trips into the mountains (when we probably should have been in class). Along with all the excitement of our fun times, we were also falling in love more every day. đ Over the years, weâve kept up our crazy adventures, always jumping in the car to road trip somewhere new when we can. As Katâs mom put it- âYou guys seem like youâre on a constant honeymoon!â Itâs kind of true. đ Whether weâre off-roading through some sand dunes or cooking up dinner before re-watching Lord of the Rings, weâre so dang grateful that every day feels so special together. After finishing school we moved to Jackson, WY, which proved to be the best decision ever. We ended up staying for a yearâ skiing, camping, swing dancing at the Cowboy Bar, and just in general, celebrating life together. It was in Jackson that we decided, we need to start planning this wedding.. we wanna get hitched already! After Jackson, we decided to move back to Colorado to be closer to family and the Denver airport (makes it much easier to visit Katâs family and friends back in Wisconsin, as well as to hopefully travel all over the globe!) âŠwho knows where weâll end up next! We have so many dreams of what we want to do in the coming years. Whether we travel to 20 new countries or end up doing boat life on the sea, weâll be happy as long as weâre together! Weâve been having a blast planning our wedding, and we canât wait to have all of the people we love in one place celebrating with us. We hope to see you all this June here in the beautiful Rocky Mountains!! Sending so much love and hugs to all of you! - Win & Kat
