Based on current travel trends, the most affordable time to book flights is typically between June 27 and September 25. •We recommend keeping an eye on flight prices and booking when you find the best option for you!
Room rates may fluctuate, so we encourage guests to check availability regularly and book when the timing feels right. • As part of our wedding agreement with the resort, a minimum of 80% of our guests are required to stay on the property. • The resort requires a minimum 3-night stay, with projected dates of check-in on October 9 and check-out on October 12. • Monday, October 12 is a holiday, which makes extending the stay a little easier for those choose. Guests are more than welcome to stay longer and enjoy a little extra vacation time if they wish. • Guests staying off-site will be required to purchase a $90 per person, per day resort day pass in order to attend wedding events.
Joining Hyatt’s free World of Hyatt program may provide access to lower member rates. Direct booking through Hyatt is currently more affordable than booking through our wedding planner.
• Our catamaran excursion on February 10 is completely optional and meant to be a fun day to relax together. • Pricing is $60 per adult and $50 per child. • This self-paid excursion includes: • Sailing to Isla Mujeres • Snorkeling • Open bar • Buffet lunch

• We love your little ones! Children are welcome; however, due to limited space, we kindly encourage guests to consider attending without children if possible. • Plus-ones are by invitation only and have already been thoughtfully accounted for where applicable.
