Beach Welcome Event

For those of you coming into town on Friday, we'd love the chance to welcome you to Carmel! We will have charcuterie, pizzas, beer and wine. We can't wait to cheers with you! Parking is extremely limited at the beach; we recommend taking Uber or Lyft. If you drive, you may have to walk a bit further to get to the beach. Attire: Casual Dress warmly, as it does get chilly quickly near the ocean. This event will be in the sand, so please wear comfortable shoes and clothes.

Ceremony
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Attire: Formal Suits and cocktail dresses are suggested, tuxes and gowns are welcome. Please plan to arrive at the venue between 5:00 and 5:15 pm. Our Ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 pm; late arrivals may not be accomodated. The ceremony will be held outside on a wooden deck.
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Stay on the deck and enjoy light appetizers, drinks & conversation, or walk up to the Surf Room to grab a drink at the bar inside from a higher vantage point. Both locations boast a lovely view of the California coastline.
Reception
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Dinner & dancing the night away will send us off from this magical night!
