katelin and steven swiped right on bumble in the summer of 2021 and met on june 8 at arbella in downtown chicago. katelin is perpetually late and on that day she was about 30 minutes early (really tricked steven on that one but quickly showed her true late colors).
since june of 2021, the two have been inseparable, from travelling to ohio and florida to visit family, attending weddings, visiting notre dame/st. mary's for a football game, skiing in colorado with friends, and many more adventures!
on january 27, 2024, katelin's friends orchestrated a girls' day, starting with brunch at avli on the park. after brunch, everyone started walking across the park to the st. regis hotel for drinks. unbeknownst to katelin, steven and brody (his dog) were hiding in the park to ask her a very important question. the rest of the day unfolded with surprises from friends and family from all over.
