Question

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 1st, 2024 by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above.

Question

WHAT IF I DON’T RSVP IN TIME?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

Question

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

The guest list was the hardest part, especially with our large families. We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night! We can help find care for the reception for those that want to use this as a vacation and bring the kids.

Question

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please respect our wishes as we’re trying to keep our wedding an intimate celebration. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Cocktail hour/reception begins at 4:30 pm. Please arrive on time, where circumstances allow.

Question

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

Answer

The ceremony is going to be a smaller ceremony with just family in the National Park. The 'Schedule' tab has more details. Cocktail hour and reception will be held on-site and indoors at the Boulders at Black Canyon Inn. Please bring a light jacket if you plan on using the patio later in the evening. There will be fire pits, as well as games and a gorgeous waterfall.

Question

I AM FLYING IN, SHOULD I RENT A CAR?

Answer

It all depends on how long you are staying and the activities you are interested in doing. We highly recommend if you are planning on visiting the park. Otherwise, there is a shuttle service called Estes Park Shuttle and pricing is listed on their website: https://www.estesparkshuttle.com/

Question

DO YOU HAVE ANY HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS?

Answer

Yes! Please review our 'Travel' tab, as this will include Airbnbs and nearby hotels that are offering discounts for our wedding guests. You are free to stay where you wish if you choose to stay in Estes Park or if you prefer to drive home that night. We want you to have a great and stress-free evening!

Question

IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CEREMONY OR RECEPTION?

Answer

Yes! There is room for about 40 cars to park next to the venue, there is additional parking located down the hill below the the venue. However, if you plan on drinking, please consider utilizing a taxi or carpooling with an individual(s) who will be sober at the end of the night. We want all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner! We would suggest using Estes Park Taxis, as Uber and Lyft are not widely available.

Question

ARE THERE ANY OTHER EVENTS THAT I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT AROUND THE WEDDING?

Answer

Keep checking the 'Schedule' tab, we will update events as we get closer.

Question

WILL THERE BE A BAR?

Answer

Yes! It will be an open bar with select beer, wine, spirits, two signature cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. Select spirits are included, but must be in the form of mixed drinks. No shots please, per the venue restrictions. Remember to tip your bartenders! (Cash and Venmo are accepted). Most of all, have fun, but please drink responsibly and plan a way to get home safely :) (A gentle reminder to those coming from sea level to the mountains; 1 drink = 2 drinks at elevation).

Question

ARE YOU REGISTERED? WHERE?

Answer

Yes, our wedding registry is located on the 'Registry' tab on this website . We are only asking for contributions to our honeymoon fund and other small things. Please NO gifts unless they are on our registry! We will have a honeymoon fund box at our reception if you would prefer to bring cash.

Question

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Answer

The menu will be buffet style. We tried our best to pick a list of items that are inclusive of all types of diet restrictions. However, if you have a concern please message us a head of time so we can make sure to accommodate.
