PLEASE CHECK BACK OFTEN TO STAY INFORMED.
We want to have our loved ones to be comfortable. The dress code is all garden attire!! Ladies can wear sun dresses, cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, pants, and a nice blouse. Gentlemen can wear dress pants or khakis, a button-up, or a golf shirt. No Jeans, please!!
Please RSVP by June 1st, 2024 by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.
The guest list was the hardest part, especially with our large families. We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night! We can help find care for the reception for those that want to use this as a vacation and bring the kids.
We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please respect our wishes as we’re trying to keep our wedding an intimate celebration. Thank you so much for understanding!
Cocktail hour/reception begins at 4:30 pm. Please arrive on time, where circumstances allow.
The ceremony is going to be a smaller ceremony with just family in the National Park. The 'Schedule' tab has more details. Cocktail hour and reception will be held on-site and indoors at the Boulders at Black Canyon Inn. Please bring a light jacket if you plan on using the patio later in the evening. There will be fire pits, as well as games and a gorgeous waterfall.
It all depends on how long you are staying and the activities you are interested in doing. We highly recommend if you are planning on visiting the park. Otherwise, there is a shuttle service called Estes Park Shuttle and pricing is listed on their website: https://www.estesparkshuttle.com/
Yes! Please review our 'Travel' tab, as this will include Airbnbs and nearby hotels that are offering discounts for our wedding guests. Yes! There is room for about 40 cars to park next to the venue, there is additional parking located down the hill below the the venue. However, if you plan on drinking, please consider utilizing a taxi or carpooling with an individual(s) who will be sober at the end of the night. We want all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner! We would suggest using Estes Park Taxis, as Uber and Lyft are not widely available.
Keep checking the 'Schedule' tab, we will update events as we get closer.
