Where is the wedding?

Both ceremony and reception will be hosted at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, Arizona.

When do I RSVP?

Please RSVP by January 27.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We are requesting semi formal attire for our guests (think long dresses, pants, button up shirts, and optional suit jackets). The weather will be beautiful this time of year so take advantage of it! Please consider though that the ceremony space is outdoors and is a little bit of a walk from the hotel lobby.

Can I bring my kids?

We have decided to keep our wedding events adults-only and appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

When you go to the RSVP page online, it will note whether or not you were allotted a plus one. We are limiting additional guests to ensure we are celebrating with our closest friends and family. If there is someone you would really like to bring, please reach out to us far in advance from the wedding date.

My noted guest can't come, can I bring someone else instead?

Please check with us first, especially if we don’t personally know the person you’d be bringing instead.

What if my RSVP status changes?

Answer

If you can no longer attend or originally said you couldn't but now can, PLEASE notify our wedding planner as soon as possible at contact@gardeniawed.com. It’s extremely important we provide our venue and vendors with an accurate guest count.

How is parking?

Complimentary self parking is available at the venue. You also have the option to valet park for $15 per car.
