As much as we love your beautiful children, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration, with the exception of the children in the wedding party.
We kindly ask that only those formally invited on the wedding invitation attend. Due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. If you have received a plus one, this will be clearly stated on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
We will be having an 'unplugged' ceremony, so we kindly ask that you keep your phones away and refrain from taking photos and videos during this time. We have a talented team of photographers and videographers who will capture all the special moments, and we can’t wait to share these with you! Once the ceremony is finished, we would love for you to take as many photos and videos as you'd like. Please refrain from sharing any photos or videos on social media until we've shared our first photos as Mr. & Mrs. Fangupo. Thank you for respecting our wishes!
All RSVPs must be submitted via our wedding website by June 26th, 2026. If we have not received your RSVP by this date, we will unfortunately have to finalise our guest list without you.
Yes! Please advise us of any food allergies or intolerances when submitting your RSVP, and we will ensure the chefs are aware so you can enjoy a delicious meal too!
No, due to limited onsite parking reserved for staff and onsite accommodation guests, parking at the venue is NOT available. Please see below for transport options.
Yes! Due to limited parking at the venue, all guests are required to travel by the arranged bus service both to and from the venue. No other forms of transport, including personal vehicles or Ubers, will be permitted access. The bus will pick up all guests from the designated pick-up location in the Byron Bay central area and return guests to the same location after the reception. Pick-up Location: Byron Bay Surf Life Saving Club - 2/10 Bay St, Byron Bay NSW 2481 Pick-up Time: 1:30pm sharp Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a prompt departure. The bus will leave at 1:30pm and the drive is approximately 30 minutes.

This is a surprise! Buckle up on the bus, and we’ll take you to the wedding venue. The journey will take 30 minutes from the pick up location. All events, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, will be held at the same location.
Although we wish it didn't have to end, the celebrations will conclude at 10:30PM, and the buses will be leaving promptly from the venue. The buses will return guests to the same pick-up location. We can’t wait to enjoy every moment with you!
