What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is black tie optional. For women, this includes floor-length gowns, tea-length and midi dresses, and formal pantsuits. For men we encourage you to wear a suit, please no jeans or khakis. As our ceremony will take place outdoors, our groomsmen will be suits. We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us!

Are there any colors to avoid wearing?

Answer

We ask ladies to refrain from wearing any colors traditionally reserved for the bride, including white, ivory, champagne, or cream/beige. Our bridal party will be wearing light pink and navy. We encourage guests to have fun choosing their outfit! We would love to see spring colors and different patterns/textures.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. If you were given a plus-one, your RSVP will include a space to enter their name and meal preference.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. We are asking guests to arrive no later than 3:45 pm so everyone can be seated on time.

Can I take pictures or videos of the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning no phones or cameras, please! We want our guests to be completely present as we say "I do". We have a fabulous photographer and videographer who will capture this moment for us. After the ceremony we encourage you to take as many pictures or videos as you would like!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We will miss you! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate that on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us. We encourage all who plan to drink alcohol to utilize ride services such as Uber or Lyft. Safety of our guests is important not only to us, but also to the venue. The venue has the right to deny alcohol service to guests as they see necessary.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Guests who are staying at the hotels listed in the travel section will have transportation to the venue and back to the hotel provided for them. We are truly so grateful for our guests coming in from out of town.

What should I do if i'm having problems with my RSVP?

If I want to drive, where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has parking available at the very top of the estate, Mountain Crest. You may leave your car overnight until 10:00 am per venue policy. It is required for everyone driving to park at the top of the estate. (Just keep driving until you get to the white building)
