Getting Hitched

You're allowed to wear whatever makes you happy. We suggest practical shoes always!
We're not very punctual, so maybe we'll get married around 3? Or if weather is pending, we can wait out some rain. We'll find the prettiest spot together, most likely by the pride shed. You can stand with us or bring a camp-style chair. We anticipate that this will be fairly small and intimate, with more partying happening later, but if you want to witness the love exchanges you're absolutely welcome. The Reverend Doctor Joan Van Dessel will be officiating. Remember, send us a text or email or passenger pigeon if you plan on attending. We can wait for you! (You've waited for us plenty of times, I'm sure...)
Potluck and Libations

We'll have some things to eat and drink, you'll bring some things to eat and drink, and everything will somehow come together! If you're feeling kind, label food allergens so everyone feels welcome. Feel free to graze all night long. Have no fear: Kathy is bringing dessert!
Music, Dancing, and Fun

Our friends have a band called Hazy Past and they're awesome. Other friends have a band called Insane Theater--get ready to rock out to The Doors! Dance, throw a frisbee, play ping pong, keep eating and drinking... When you're tired, you're welcome to camp out on our property or go back to where you came from. Bring an instrument if you want to jam with some friends after the official music. We'll have a big bonfire and/or light up the double barrel woodstove in the garage and keep making merry.

Brunch

We're sleeping in. But whoever is up first can get started with breakfast! We'll have eggs, coffee, and probably other things. Or feel free to bring breakfast stuff you love and share with us. Bloody Marys are definitely part of the plan! EDIT: The amazing Melissa Greenheart is making brunch. And, yes, Bloody Marys are still part of the plan!
Rock Out with King Possum

You'll love these guys - a supergroup of songwriters & multi-instrumentalists! We can keep grazing, dancing, drinking, frisbeeing, and having a lovely Sunday. Stay as long or as short as you'd like.
