A woman of many talents, Alex made the beautiful invitations and will definitely be up for a dance once the ceilidh starts.

Kate's oldest university friend. We met on the first day of Freshers at Newcastle University in 2004 as we shared a flat in our first year of university. Helen told me she was going to try rowing and asked if I fancied coming along. I had no idea how many amazing opportunities and fun memories this would lead to. Helen is kind, fun and very competitive. Watch out, she might let her party animal out!

Yara Rose Brown

Bridesmaid Alex's daughter. Yara is taking her role of flower girl very seriously. She is a very clever, fun, chatty and adventurous little girl. You'll likely find her close to where the ice cream is but that is probably true of all the girls in the bridal party.

A friend of Shaun's for over 20 years. Shaun introduced Dave to his now wife Sheena. It also doesn't hurt that he owns a brewery.

Old skate buddies since 2001, Shaun & Jason have been each others' emergency contact when they have inevitably landed up in A&E over the years. Shaun was Jason's best man in 2018.

Paul 'Pez' Mavor

Loveable gobshite, Aberdeen's premier wedding videographer. As Fridays are his day off we've been lucky to poach him as our MC. Shaun has been trying to teach Pez how to turn on a snowboard since 2001.
