For our summer celebration, we invite guests to dress in garden party formal attire. Suits or jackets with ties for men and formal or cocktail dresses for women are encouraged. Feel free to embrace bright colors, bold prints, and joyful details. Our ceremony will take place outdoors by the lake before we move inside for the reception. Bridesmaids will be wearing shades of light blue, and the groom and groomsmen will be in suits.
Weather permitting, only the ceremony will be outside. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day.
Bear Brook offers 5 meal options, including a seafood and vegetarian option, which you'll see when you RSVP. If you have additional dietary restrictions, there will be a section to write those when you choose your meal.
Shuttles will be leaving the hotel at 4:30pm with a 42 minute drive to the venue. Due to the distance, there will be no later shuttles. The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30pm, and Bear Brook Valley will hold traffic after the ceremony begins so if you are driving yourself, it's best to get there with some time to spare. Bear Brook Valley has guests sit indoors before the ceremony. Aim to arrive between 5:00pm and 5:15pm to be safe!
In the interest of space at the venue, only certain guests will have plus-ones. Your invite will specify if you may bring a plus-one to the event.
As much as we love your little ones (and trust us, we do), we ask that you do not bring yours unless your invite specifies that they are invited.
You can reach out to either Maureen Augustin (215-783-0317) or Kelly Barton (609-505-3729) for any questions that we couldn't answer here.
