we're getting married!

The story begins the same for both Rob & Kate. They met on Tinder. Yep, you read that right. The dating app you hear horror stories about brought these two love birds together. It's what happened next that their stories diverge.... Kate's Version Although we did technically meet on Tinder, Rob was my coworker's roommate, which might have been the only reason I agreed to go out with him in the first place. This man played it cooler than cool. So cool that I could barely tell if he was into me at all. We agreed to meet up for drinks after work one night at Fox Harbor in Green Bay. I got there before he did (shocking, I know), and when that tall drink of water walked through the front door I was smitten. Our second date... I was supposed to drive to Madison to meet a friend and catch a flight to California the next morning, and he was supposed to drive to Sheboygan to spend time with his family. We both decided to stay and watch some terrible movie on the couch of his messy apartment. This is where our stories really differ. Rob didn't even attempt to hold my hand, put his arm around me, or kiss me good-bye. At this point I was thoroughly confused and just decide to take matters into my own hands. I laid a kiss on him as I walked out the door. He will tell you its because he was playing hard to get. If you ask me, it's because he was shy and blown away by my charm and good looks. ;) Rob's Version Kate forgot to mention that the first time she saw me was actually NOT on Tinder, but rather at the Boys and Girls Club she worked at. I came in to play basketball with my roommate and some of the kiddos, and Kate was alerted that a "super hot guy" had just entered the building by a coworker. Kate was eyeing me up before I ever know she existed...... When we started hanging out, Kate likes to make it seem like I was inept and nervous, which is exactly what I wanted her to think. I knew what I was doing the whole time. I was playing hard to get. She says I had "no game" and was shy. Maybe I actually had ALL the game. I mean, it worked out, didn't it? In all seriousness, I knew Kate was something special after our first date. She was funny, personable, intelligent, beautiful, and our conversations came naturally. I am truly lucky to have found Kate, and am truly astounded she didn't ghost me after stepping foot in my disgusting apartment
