Busses will depart outside the main lobby of Beechwood Hotel at 4:30pm to head to the venue. It is about a 30 minute ride
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Peel off the COVID sweat suits and dress to impress with semi-formal/cocktail attire!
The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) so everyone pray for beautiful weather!
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Join us after the ceremony for drinks and small bites!
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Join us for dinner, drinks, and dancing (…and the very high probability of witnessing Rick attempt to join the band)!
10:45 pm - 11:00 pm
Busses will depart Harrington Farm between 10:30pm - 11:00pm to return back to Beechwood Hotel
