Yes, transportation will be provided Friday and Saturday from the Forester hotel. The shuttle will depart at 4:45 pm for those attending the rehearsal dinner and at 7:45 pm on Friday night for the Welcome Party and return guests back to the hotel at 10:00 pm. A shuttle will arrive at The Forester hotel at 2:15 pm on Saturday. Please be there on time as it will depart promptly at 2:30 pm to take our guests to Church of St Mary. After the ceremony, the shuttle will take guests back to the hotel before departing at 4:45 pm for the reception. During the reception, our shuttle will take guests back to the Forester hotel starting at 10:00 pm until 11:30 pm. If you miss the shuttle, uber/lyft is an easy option!
A few of our favorite lunch and breakfast spots include Hansa Coffee, Hometown, Foodstuffs, Egg Harbor, Lake Forest Wine & Wine, and The Lantern.
A couple of our favorite local restaurants are Del Rio and Miramar in Highwood, Francesca's Intimo, Sophia Steak, and Le Colonial in Lake Forest. Lastly, Inovasi and Maevery Public House located in Lake Bluff.
The welcome party attire on Friday night is cocktail attire. The ceremony and reception attire on Saturday is black tie.
