Guests concerned about COVID-19

Answer

OUTDOOR VENUES: All of our venues - from the patio at Feast to the large lawn & outdoor venue space at Westcliff Lodge - are out-of-doors and breezy. The venue space is particularly spacious. For guests staying at the hotel, room check-in is indoors; all hallways are outdoor breezeways. Feast does require entrance through an indoor space and will require ordering at the indoor bar. We have rented the entire space and only our guests and staff will be present. VACCINES REQUIRED: Our venues requires wedding guests be fully vaccinated. For a guest to be “fully vaccinated,” they must have received one full dose of a single-dose vaccine or two full doses of a two-dose vaccine at least two weeks prior to the event. We thank all of our guests for their understanding on our need to follow this guidance, and protect each other and the entire community of the Columbia Gorge. If you are unable to follow these guidelines, we will be happy to have you join the event through a virtual format.

What's the story with the Flower Children?

Answer

Any child at the event is welcome - nay, encouraged - to join the ceremony as a Flower Child, and precede the bride down the aisle. Floral attire is welcome, but not required. We'll plan to have baskets with petals ready for your kiddos to hurl flower petals to their hearts' content.

Can I bring my baby?

Answer

Please do! Children of all sizes are most welcome. :) We've counted - 44 of our invited guests have children under the age of 2. You'll be in good company. And the more Flower Children, the merrier.

Please do - this is a pet-friendly wedding. If you plan to stay at the venue, please make sure to request a pet-friendly room.
