Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you can attend by July 12th. You can return your RSVP card and mail it back OR RSVP online by searching your name.

Question

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be at Twelve Oaks Mansion at 160 Scharberry Ln, Mars, PA 16046. Twelve Oaks is wheelchair accessible.

Question

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue(s)?

Answer

A shuttle bus will be provided from the hotel to the wedding venue on a rotating schedule before the ceremony and after the reception. It will run from 2:30 - 4:30 pm before the ceremony, and 9- 11:30 pm to leave the reception and return back to the hotel. If you choose to drive there is plenty of parking in front of the venue. Please be aware that Uber/Lyft is not as prevalent in this area so please do not rely on a rideshare last-minute.

Question

Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking on-site at Twelve Oaks Mansion.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We know we booked an August wedding... don't fret - the wedding and reception will be indoors with an optional outdoor area during cocktail hour.

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal. Bright summer colors are encouraged! Wear something you feel fabulous in and can move on the dance floor.

Question

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

Food will be served buffet style. There will be options for all dietary restrictions and preferences including vegetarian and gluten-free. Please indicate in your RSVP if you have specific allergies and we will do our best to accommodate!

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

Our wedding is adults only. We hope you can celebrate and enjoy the evening sans kiddos!

Question

What should I expect at the welcome picnic dinner?

Answer

Dinner and drinks will be available. This is a chance to visit casually before the big day. There will be outdoor games (weather permitting). Please note this welcome dinner is child-friendly! The attire is casual (think summer picnic)! There is parking on-site and around the park, close to the Rose Barn. We will have a sign and balloons that will let you know you've made it to the right spot!

For all the days along the way
