Saute chorizo with a butter bean and tomato salad
Salad of avocado and crab with a pink grapefruit dressing


Main (Please just choose Meat BBQ or Vegetarian BBQ)
Meat BBQ - Scottish Sirloin Steak, Salmon with lemon and dill, Cumberland Sausage and Cajun Chicken fillet

Vegetarian BBQ - roasted pepper stuffed with couscous, mozzarella wrapped in aubergine and corn on the cob

Both served with French Bread, roasted Mediterranean vegetables, mixed leaf salad with tomato and cucumber, potato salad and coleslaw
