Welcome Gathering

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Casual- people come straight from hiking. Jeans & other comfy clothes are appropriate!

We will be at The Parker Pie Co. on Friday, Sept 27th- this is a family favorite spot for pizza & beer! It is very small & will be open to the public, if you come please be prepared to squeeze & grab any available seat with your friends/family! It gets warm & crowded inside but there is also seating at outside picnic tables so recommend wearing layers in case that is where you end up. We will have a room upstairs where you can come grab pizza, wings, & salad. There will be gluten/dairy free options. Parking is limited parking so carpool if you can!

Wedding

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Fall Cocktail Attire- earth tones, plaid, corduroy, wool... whatever! Ceremony may be on soft grass. Bring layers- the barn is likely to get hot during dinner/dancing, but outdoors will be chilly after the sun sets! Fire pit & outdoor lawn games will be set up... can't wait to see you!

Bus pickup for Guests- 3:45 pm departure from the Willoughvale Inn Bus pickup from the intersection of VT 5A & Green Acres Cabins entrance- 3:50 pm. Bus pickup from the intersection of VT 5A & Fosters Grove North- 3:50 pm. Bus pickup from 199 Old State Route 5A- 4:15 pm. Bus pickup from Old Ford Lane & Old State Route 5A- 4:15 pm. Ceremony start time- 4:30 ish pm Cocktails- 5:00 pm Dinner- 6:30 pm Dancing- until 11 pm After Party- silent disco onsite for all who want to keep the boogie going past 11 pm! NOTE ON PARKING- you can park along the grass to the left of the driveway, or there is also a public lot right next door- please do not park in front of the barn or in the circle drive to the main house!

Bites & Bye

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Feel free to swing by the Notch House on your way out to say goodbye! This isn’t a formal brunch but there will be breakfast available if you want to join us for a bite before hitting the road. Thanks for coming to celebrate with us and safe travels!
