Kate's Maid of Honor
Julia is my older sister, role model, and very best friend. She is my North Star in the truest sense - steady, constant, and guiding. She has a way of making things better no matter what, sometimes with comfort, sometimes with clarity, sometimes just by being there. Her presence alone is settling, like coming home. She’s bossy, yes, but in a way that feels reassuring, like someone who sees the bigger picture and isn’t afraid to guide you when you need it. The kind of person who reminds you who you are when you forget, and makes the world feel more manageable just by being in it. Having her as my sister is one of the greatest gifts of my life.
Kate's Bridesmaid
Jess is one of Norwich’s finest but more importantly, she is my best friend. Jess unapologetically knows who she is and what she stands for, with an unshakable calm that steadies everyone around her. Her confidence is grounded, assured, and deeply earned. Being around Jess makes people stand a little taller, speak a little more honestly, and believe more deeply in who they are becoming. She sees potential clearly and treats it with respect, as if it’s already real. I hold endless love, deep appreciation, and the highest respect for Jess -not just for who she is, but for how she makes the world around her better by being authentically herself.
Kate's Bridesman
Ryan is my brother (in-law) - his addition to our family is our greatest prize. Humble and kind is his default setting. His patience isn’t passive; it’s intentional, almost disciplined. A rare and exemplary composure. What’s startling is how often he reveals competence that borders on improbable. You’ll be midway through a conversation when you learn, casually, that he can do something most people spend their lives trying to master. And then, later, something else. Again and again. Any one of these skills could have become a calling card, a carefully polished identity. For him, they’re just expressions of curiosity, or quiet chapters of a life lived attentively. Ryan is a reminder that excellence doesn’t have to shout, and strength doesn’t need spectacle. He’s the most interesting man alive not because he wants to be remembered that way - but because he’d be perfectly content if you never noticed at all.
Kate's Bridesmaid
Ari is my former college teammate and my forever best friend and confidant. She has a rare way of listening - fully and attentively. When Ari is listening, you feel it. Conversations with Ari become spaces where defenses drop, where you feel seen without being examined, safe without being coddled, her strength invites you to find your own. What makes her presence even more powerful is that she doesn’t just affirm you, she challenges you. Talking with Ari sharpens your thinking. She asks the kind of questions that make you pause, reconsider, and see things more clearly. You walk away from conversations with her feeling not corrected, but elevated - smarter, more self-aware, more aligned with your own values.
Kate's Bridesmaid
Chapel is my former college teammate turned lifelong best friend. Her loyalty is unmatched - once you’re hers, she stands between you and the world without hesitation. Chapel is both armor and spotlight, protecting you without question while lifting you up for the world to see. Chapel’s wit is razor-sharp and instinctive, always one step ahead, always landing the punchline in bottomless banter. Her humor is generous, never mean, and somehow makes everyone in the conversation feel smarter just for keeping up. Chapel's love for life, her people, and her freedom is contagious, and being around her makes you want to be braver, lighter, and more present.
Lindsay's Man of Honor
Matt is my older brother, delivering all the love, support, and teasing that comes with the role. There’s a buoyancy to him - a bouncy, fun-loving, unselfconscious joy that’s genuinely contagious. He has a subtle way of making acceptance feel non-negotiable. His love comes first, always offered freely, without conditions or fine print. And when it matters most, he’s all in. He’s the guy you want in the front row of your championship game, cheering louder than anyone, believing in you without hesitation, and making sure you know - without ever needing to say it - that you’re never doing this alone.
Lindsay's Man of Honor
Chris is my baby brother and favorite punching bag that has my deepest respect and trust. He’s the kind of person who feels things deeply and understands you and every situation more than he lets on. A natural peacekeeper, he prefers harmony over noise, so he doesn’t speak just to be heard - but his voice yields the power of knowing just what to say. Chris holds a easy, incredibly goofy humor that brings with it a light giddiness, even when life gets heavy. Chris gives consistent, genuine effort to the things and people he cares about, showing up steadily with unquestionable love. Beneath that softness is clarity and resolve: he knows exactly what he wants, and with calm determination, he does the work to get there - no fuss, no shortcuts, just intention and follow-through.
Lindsay's Bridesmaid
Phoebe is technically my cousin-in-law, but more accurately a true best friend. She has a gift for naming the thing everyone else is quietly circling, the unspoken truth. She’s direct without being harsh, grounded in a sense of fairness that makes people trust her even when she’s saying the hard thing. She shows you the ropes without tightening them around you, offering guidance without control. Her humor is sharp, sarcastic, and perfectly timed. She can break tension with a single line, turning discomfort into laughter without anyone feeling small. Conversations with her flow easily - equal parts honesty, wit, and curiosity. She’s the person you want beside you for a beer and a long talk, the kind that stretch late into the night with laughter, reflection, and everything in between, leaving you feeling steadier, sharper, and truly loved.
Lindsay's Bridesmaid
Natalie is my future sister-in-law, but really, she’s a bonus best friend. She’s cheerful in a way that subtly recalibrates you. Not forced, not naïve - a welcoming brightness that makes the world feel more positive. After spending time with her, you find yourself liking things you usually overlook, giving people a little more grace, believing that maybe things are, in fact, going to be okay. Her humor is just as effortless, playful, and refreshingly unguarded. She’s the best sport - the kind of person who can banter with anyone and make it feel fun rather than competitive. She sees people clearly for who they truly are, never trying to reshape them or smooth their edges. Instead, she appreciates what’s already there and somehow elevates it just by believing in it.
Lindsay's Bridesmaid
Emily... Emily Houle... is my college teammate and best friend ! She has a way of owning every room without ever trying to. Beauty, intelligence, work ethic, and humor orbit Emily naturally, yet she never sees herself as the center of it. Her attention is outward. Too busy appreciating the people around her, sincerely impressed, rooting for you to come in first place even though she is leading the race. What truly differentiates Emily is the depth of her genuineness. Nothing about her feels manufactured. When she asks questions, she actually wants the answers. She listens to understand, not to respond. Her care is tangible, it honors you and exactly what you need.
Officiant
Tucker is Lindsay's Cousin with a heart that makes him the perfect person to lead us through this special moment. At first glance, you notice the noise, the jokes, the easy laughter, the way he’s already opened a drink and handed one to someone else. Tucker is the energy in the room, the spark that gets things moving, the person who makes it impossible for anyone to feel left on the sidelines. Beneath the fun is a rare awareness. He has an instinct for knowing when you need to be lifted up, when humor is the medicine, and when quiet understanding will do more than words. Somewhere along the way, without pomp or intention, Tucker became the one people look to. The glue guy bringing people together, keeping them there, and making them feel better for having shown up.
Usher
Ciarán is Lindsay's cousin that we deeply admire. He’s the kind of person whose presence changes the temperature of a room without him doing anything at all. Nothing sharp, nothing showy - just a quiet sense that things are under control now. Not a dominance, but an anchor. His confidence is settled, lived-in, like an old leather jacket that’s molded perfectly to its owner. Time with Ciarán is unforced, valuable, and deeply interesting. Sitting across from him feels earned, like trust has been quietly extended without ceremony. When things get difficult or complicated, he’s the one everyone eventually turns toward. The one who’s already been there, already knows the way to help, and doesn’t feel the need to tell you how hard it is.

Connor is Lindsay's cousin - we love him and his goofy laugh more than anything! Connor has a charming lightness to him. It is a slightly scattered, endearing looseness that makes it seem like he’s improvising his way through life. Yet somehow, in between the detours, last-minute scrambles, and unplanned adventures, he’s collecting remarkable experiences and quietly stacking impressive personal and professional wins. Those spontaneous twists and happy accidents turn into the most memorable stories, the kind people love retelling. He meets it all with grace and good humor, moving through life with an open heart and an easy warmth that always lingers in his wake.
Ring Bearer
Our 2.5-year-old nephew has completely changed our family in the best way, bringing us closer together with more laughter, more love, and more reasons to show up for each other. He’s incredibly observant, always quietly taking everything in with those curious eyes. He doesn’t miss a thing. And the most beautiful part? He is just genuinely, purely happy - happy to be here, happy to see you, happy to experience whatever the day brings. His joy is simple and contagious. Obviously, all of these incredible traits were inherited from his Aunties… with a very very small, off chance that they’re much more likely the result of his kick-ass parents, Julia and Ryan.
