Indiana is known to have variable weather! In the event that our ceremony cannot be held outside, it will take place in the Tudor Room where the reception will be held. Guests will be notified via text message if there the ceremony is moving indoors.
We cannot wait for you to celebrate with us on our wedding day!! Unfortunately our venue has limited seating and we need to have accurate numbers for our vendors. Please RSVP via mail or on the wedding website by October 1st, 2025 to confirm your attendance. If you do not RSVP, unfortunately you will be marked as a “no.”
Yes! We have rooms set aside at the Indiana Memorial Union Biddle hotel. Please follow the link located on our “Travel/Lodging” tab. If there are no desired rooms available, please notify Kate or Kyle and more can be added!
Cocktail attire is recommended. A suit or dress shirt is suggested for the gentlemen and a midi or knee length dress or dressy separates are welcome for the ladies. Please no jeans or graphic t-shirts. In the event that our ceremony is outside, please bring a jacket or shawl as needed.
Unfortunately, our venue has limited space, so we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding.
Please arrive by 4:10 pm to park and find your seats! The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm!
Cocktail Hors d’oeuvres will be passed and multiple options will be available. Dinner will be served buffet style and multiple options will be available for main courses and sides. If you have specific allergies, please notify Kate or Kyle on your RSVP and alternative options can be provided.
An open bar including beer/wine and liquor will be provided to all adult guests over the age of 21 years old during cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception. The bar will close at 10pm, approximately 1 hour before the reception ends. Please bring your identification. Tips are appreciated for bartenders. Please be mindful of your consumption. Guests that are too inebriated will be asked to leave the reception.
