Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail or semi-formal, please. Cocktail dress for the ladies and suit and tie or a sports coat for the gentlemen. Ladies - bridesmaids will be wearing blue-grey and navy colors. Gentlemen - Groomsmen will be wearing light grey and navy colors. Hopefully that helps with the outfit choices! Quick note, the ceremony and reception will be outside, so you may want to bring a light sweater or jacket. Though it is July, remember that we are in the mountains, so it will be cooler there.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm, so please be sure to arrive by 4:15pm. You are welcome to arrive at the venue as early as 4:00pm.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! If this is really a problem, please reach out to us separately, as we want you to be able to be there!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation came with a plus one, then please do! Otherwise, please just bring you.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! There will be a place to note your food allergy or dietary restriction when you RSVP.

Answer

Yes! Please check out the "Travel" tab for our recommendations.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot with plenty of free parking at the front of the venue. Feel free to park anywhere! You are able to leave your car overnight, just please pick it up by 11am the next day. If you think there's a chance that you might not be able to safely drive home, please stay at Morongo, as we will be providing a shuttle from Morongo to the venue and back.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

You are welcome to take pictures after our ceremony! We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #EatDrinkAndBeMatthews so we can see your pictures too!

How are you staying safe with CO-VID?

Answer

We want you to feel comfortable attending our wedding, which is why we have chosen a venue that is 100% outdoors. You are welcome to wear a mask and/or gloves. All waitstaff will have masks and gloves on. Sanitizing stations will be available. Seating will social distanced as much as possible. Should you come into contact with anyone who has CO-VID symptoms, or if you think you might have CO-VID within 14 days of our ceremony, kindly let us know asap and be sure to stay home. We will have a link to watch the ceremony virtually. If you have further concerns, please feel free to reach out to Kate or Kyle.
