All events of the day leading up to the dinner reception will be held outdoors or in an outdoor pavilion. When deciding what to wear, remember that you may have to walk in grass briefly. Remember - we want you, our guests, to be comfortable!
There is parking on site. The vineyard will be open to the public the day of our wedding so expect to share some spaces with others. Restrooms are located in the pavilion and tasting room. It takes approximately 35-40 minutes to drive from the hotel to RayLen so keep that in mind if you will be coming from the hotel to the venue.
Ceremony & Reception

Ceremony: 2:00-2:30PM Cocktail Hour & Photos: 2:30-3:30PM Cutting the cake: 3:30-4:00PM First Dance: 4:00-4:15PM Social Activities & Dancing: 4:15-5:15PM Guests should depart Raylen Vineyards by 5:30PM.
Reception Dinner
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Travel from RayLen to GIA (restaurant) will take about 45 minutes. We ask guests to depart from RayLen by 5:30 PM and should arrive at GIA between 6:15 PM and 6:30 PM. We will enjoy dinner and a light dessert in a private room with a custom menu.
