What about COVID?

Answer

The wedding is outdoors. The entire ceremony and reception will take place in an open out door area. Even the after party is outdoors at the hotel. We’re hoping the weather cooperates and we won’t need a tent and then people can be further apart. Please feel free to wear a mask if it makes you feel better about the situation. We also completely understand that we are living through some weird times and that some people will be declining because of COVID. Of course we will miss you but we definitely understand.

What should I wear? Dress code?

Answer

The short answer: cocktail attire. Long answer: wear what ever makes you comfortable. I will say it’s a backyard wedding, so for the ladies I would recommend block heels, wedges or flats.

Where are the wedding and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and party will take place at Jim and Sandy McFaddens house in Chester Springs PA aka Club 64.

Is the ceremony and reception indoor or outdoor.

Answer

It all is outdoor. We will have a tent if necessary.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony we’ll move right into the cocktail / dinner / drinking / dancing portion of the night. Just think back yard party that starts with a ceremony first. Then after things wrap up at Club 64 we’ll head back to the hotel bar!

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 4:30, So please arrive by 4.

Where should we park?

Answer

We recommend parking at the hotel as taking the shuttle to the wedding location. The shuttle will then return you to the hotel after the reception. First shuttle back is at 1030pm. We’re trying to keep the street parking to a minimum because it is a neighborhood. But there is that option as well.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Short answer: only if their last name is Perry. Long answer: While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a wedding block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

We do! It’s the quality inn exton under the Perry/curtin wedding! It’s cheap with a hotel pool bar! What else do you need?

Yes.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind?

Answer

We will have a bar. Although we are providing the alcohol so while we may not have everything there will be plenty of what we do have. As for food we will have a food truck serving the best damn food truck food you’ve ever tasted!!
