Question

What does transportation look like?

Answer

Airport to Hotel: We recommend booking a shuttle company for transportation to and from the airport. We have listed several reputable companies to choose from below. Please book ahead of time according to your travel plans. 1 - Tropical Elite Tours - Please visit the following link: https://tropicalelitetours.com. If you are traveling with multiple people, or are able to coordinate with friends this may be a good option as the price is per shuttle rather than per person. This is a service exclusive to the Hilton. 2 - Prince Riviera - Please email Ivan at: ivan@princeriviera.com Hotel to Wedding Venue: Transportation on the day of the wedding will be provided from the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort to the Blue Venado Paamul wedding venue and back. All Other Transportation: Any additional traveling or exploring you would like to do will have to be coordinated by your party. The resort has a concierge service that may be able to assist with additional transportation/tours/etc.

Question

Where do I stay?

Answer

For your comfort and convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at a special rate at the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort. To make a reservation, please go to the “Travel” tab on the website. Please note there is a minimum of 3 nights required to receive the discounted rate. The resort is all-inclusive, meaning all food, drinks (yes, even alcohol!), and on-site activities are included in the cost!

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Navigate to the RSVP tab on the wedding website and enter your first and last name. The page will guide you through each event (Welcome Drinks on Thursday, Wedding on Friday, Pool Party on Saturday). Please make note of any dietary restrictions. Please RSVP by March 22, 2025. If you have any concerns or additional questions, please reach out to one of us directly.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be hosted outside during summer, so you can expect warm, humid weather with some light rainfall possible. For the ceremony/reception, please consider wearing linen or light-colored pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, sundresses, tropical prints, and sandals/comfortable shoes. Colors encouraged! For all other events, dress however you will be most comfortable…you’re on vacation! ;)

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To ensure that all of our guests, including parents, are able to relax and enjoy themselves, we have made the decision to keep our wedding weekend adults-only. As a result, we kindly request no children under the age of 18 attend.

Question

Do I need to make reservations for dinner?

Answer

The resort requires reservations for several of the restaurants on site, including Maxal Mexican Chop House, La Luce, Noriku, and Auma. You can make reservations once you check in to the resort, by either speaking to the concierge, or through the guest portal given to you at check-in. We highly recommend making these reservations for your party!
