Me and Jeremy met in July of 2017. 3 years & 2 babies later here we are! We’re so excited for our family & friends to join us in a celebration of our love.

For any of you that know Jeremy well you know that he absolutely cannot keep a secret. All day he kept alluding to a surprise that he had for me. We had a lovely day. We took Zoey to go see the Hello Kitty Cafe that had stopped in Boise and we did a little shopping. As we’re walking upstairs at the mall I had forgotten all about the “big surprise” he had in store for me. It had certainly crossed my mind that he might propose but I didn’t think he actually would. The next thing I know he stops dead in his tracks and begins to sink down to one knee. I panic and grab his arm and begin to haul him up. Not because I don’t want him to propose but because I don’t want to have to tell our kids that dad proposed to me in front of a Wetzels Pretzels. He didn’t seem to see anything wrong with the location he had chosen. I gently explained that it wasn’t exactly what I had envisioned my whole life. We shook it off and eventually made our way back to my fathers house. What does he do? Drops down on one knee and asks me. I said yes. His adorable ability to be completely oblivious to social norms and march to the beat of his own drum is just one of the reasons I love him so much. Now I have a hilarious story to tell my kids when they grow up. It was definitely memorable and I’ll never look at a Wetzels Pretzels the same way again!
