FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kate Bean and Jeremy Bean
If you have any other questions besides what you see here, please contact either of us at any time! We look forward to hosting!
Question

What time should I be at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask all guests to arrive in time for a 3PM start to the renewal ceremony.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

BBQ Black Tie, Refined Redneck, Formal Farmer? We could keep going, but the point is it's a party! Anything you want to wear we are sure will be ok. The bride requests you refrain from wearing a wedding dress, but if that's really all you have to wear, she prefers that to you going naked.

Question

What is the bar situation?

Answer

We will have a selection of beer, adult seltzers, wine, pre-mixed cocktails (manhattans, lavender lemon martinis & palomas) and non-alcoholic options available. If you don't see something you like - feel free to byob and enjoy! Have a favorite cup/tumbler? Feel free to bring it with you and help us cut down on waste.

Question

What can we bring?

Answer

Do you have a favorite tumbler or drinking vessel? Feel free to bring it with you! We will have cups available, as well.

Question

Will the reception run late into the night?

Answer

The Reception will go until 9pm. Following the reception, we will be hanging out fire-side at the house. Please feel free to bring your beverage of choice and some warmer clothes if you plan to stay.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes! We are registered with Crate & Barrel and you can access our registry right here on our website. We have received many gifts from guests already, and thank you for your generosity!

Question

What is the COVID-19 Policy?

Answer

We are asking that everyone test prior to attending (at home tests are acceptable). We will not be checking your results. We trust that you would never put yourself, us or our friends and family at risk and thank you for your participation. We look forward to celebrating safely with everyone!! Feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns. In addition to free, at-home tests, for quick and convenient testing, visit: https://www.hhs.gov/coronavirus/community-based-testing-sites/index.html to find a location.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received an invitation with "and guest" on it, then certainly! We would love for them to join us!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children, but unless your children are included in the invitation, we kindly ask for you to make this a date night! We are only able to accommodate children of our family and very close friends.

Question

Are dogs welcome?

Answer

Though we would normally welcome all of Owen & Luna's friends in our home, we ask that they be the only canines in attendance.

Question

Where can I park for the party?

Answer

We have ok'd parking around Bumbarger Circle with our Homeowners Association and neighbors. Please only park on the side marked for parking to allow for drivers to enter and exit as needed. You may drop off guests at the house before parking, but we ask that guests not park in the driveway. We will have help on hand to guide you to and from parking to the house.

Question

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

Sorry, no. With hosting the wedding party ourselves at our home, and guests joining us from a number of locations, we are unable to provide transportation.
