We met while attending college in Ashland, Oregon, while we were both mentors to first-year students. Though there was significant overlap in our friend groups, it wasn't until an open mic night (where Jaimie read hilarious journal entries circa middle school) that sparks flew. J asked K out to lunch a few days later and that first date turned from lunch into a full day, then a full week of walking, talking, and doing as much as possible together.

10 years later, we still look for every opportunity to do as much as possible together. After graduating together in 2015, we moved to Seattle to begin a new chapter of work and school. We are lucky to live near our families in Washington and Oregon and are seasoned PNW road trippers. We love the beauty of our region and spending time by the Salish Sea and at the SSC Arboretum where our wedding will be. We are so excited to celebrate this special day with you, dear ones!
