It's a tiny airport - you'll get your checked bag within minutes if you choose to do so, and it's a short cab or Uber ride into town. There are direct flights to Nantucket from New York, Boston, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Charlotte, and more.

The Hyline Cruises high-speed ferry from Hyannis, MA to Nantucket takes around 1 hour. Cars are not allowed on this ferry.

Steamship Authority Car Ferry (Cape Cod to Nantucket)
The Steamship Authority (SSA) ferry in Hyannis, MA has a "slow" vehicle ferry to Nantucket which takes ~2 hours and 15 min. They also have a high-speed passenger ferry that takes 1 hour, similar to Hyline Cruises. Address, parking information, current status, and standby information can be found on their site.
