Things To Do

Add-A-Ball

315 North 36th Street, Seattle, WA 98103

We love going here to play some old-school arcade games when we're in the Seattle Fremont area.

Ballard (Hiram M. Chittenden) Locks

3015 Northwest 54th Street, Seattle, WA 98107

Check out the fish ladders to see the salmon swimming!

Adrice Wines

19495 144th Avenue Northeast, Woodinville, WA 98072

Adrice is one of our favorite wineries - in the heart of the Warehouse District of Woodinville. Say hi to Pam and Dekker (winery pup) for us and we recommend the Malbec! Take a minute and taste a few Washington wineries. Let us know if you'd like some more recommendations in the area!

Watts Brewing Company

15510 Redmond - Woodinville Road Northeast, Woodinville, WA 98072

One of our favorite breweries, and where we get our mason bees from every year! Say hi to Evan for us!

Bridle Trails State Park

5300 116th Avenue Northeast, Kirkland, WA 98033

A great easy hike for the day and if you're lucky, you'll spot a horse or two!

Pike Place Market

85 Pike Street, Seattle, WA 98101

Grab a souvenir, some local groceries, or a bouquet of flowers. Explore the endless floors and stores, and taste your way around the market's cuisine. It's a must stop if you're in Seattle for the first time.

T55 Pâtisserie

18223 Bothell Way Northeast, Bothell, WA 98011

Kate's favorite bakery in town! Not a ton of seating, but amazing bites.

Ivar's Acres of Clams

1001 Alaskan Way, Seattle, WA 98104

There are a few locations, all tasty, but Ivar's on the Pier is one-of-a-kind. Eric and I have had many a salmon chowder (Kate recommends the red) and fish & chips. Order at the outside walk-up bar and grab a spot at a picnic table. Don't forget to order an extra fry, or the seagulls might hold it against you!

Museum of History & Industry (MOHAI)

860 Terry Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109

One of our favorite museums, rich in PNW history! The wooden boats next door are also a fun bonus.

DERU

723 9th Avenue, Kirkland, WA 98033

One of our favorite lunch/dinner spots!

Kenmore Air

6321 Northeast 175th Street, Kenmore, WA 98028

Catch an aerial view of Seattle, starting from Kenmore Washington! We watch these planes take off and land in the water from our kayaks throughout the year.

For all the days along the way
