4:00 pm: Arrival-park, grab a beverage, walk the gardens, take a seat. 

4:30: Ceremony begins
(Late arrivals will be held back from the ceremony and asked to wait in the courtyard. It's kinda the main part of the whole affair, so don't be late, yeah?)

5:00-6:00: Cocktail hour, walk the gardens, enjoy the mariachi band

6:00: Dinner

7:15: Spotlight Dance

7:20 ish: Whole group photo in the amphitheater

7:25 ish - 10:00 pm: DANCE PARTY!!!
