Hotel
The hotel is offering a discounted group rate for both Friday and Saturday night. The double occupancy rate for a standard room is $109 +tax per night. The 3rd and 4th adults in the room are an additional $15 per person per night. Rooms are not being held for the wedding. Instead, a group discount code is used. Rooms are available on a first come first basis until November 22nd or until the hotel is sold out. If rooms are available after the 22nd, they can be booked at the non-discounted rate. Check in begins at 4:00pm and check out is by 11:00 am. Cancellation Policy: If your reservation is cancelled within twenty-four hours (24) hours of arrival, or you arrive on a date later than originally specified, you will forfeit your deposit equal to one night’s room rate. Deposits will be refunded if notice is received twenty-four (24) hours or more prior to expected arrival.

Travel Note
Parking for hotel guests and wedding guests not staying at the hotel is in the rear of the hotel (West lot) or the side of the hotel (North lot). Parking is complimentary for hotel guests. Please, do not park your vehicles in the front of the hotel. The parking in the front is for patrons of the Village Landing Shops only. The spaces are marked with signs and no one likes their car to get towed!
Travel Note
There are plenty of hotels, inns, B&Bs, and rentals very close to the reception venue. If you choose to not stay at the host hotel, many other options are within walking distance.
