Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in cocktail attire. For the gentlemen, this includes suits or dressy blazers with dress pants, paired with a button-down shirt and dress shoes; ties are optional. For the ladies, this includes knee-length, midi, and floor-length dresses. Please avoid dark green, cream, ivory, champagne, and white.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at the Saint Joseph's Chapel at the College of the Holy Cross no later than 1:45 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Free parking is available on the College of the Holy Cross campus outside of the Saint Joseph's Chapel. Enter "St. Joseph's Chapel, Worcester, MA" into your GPS. This will take you to the McKeon Road entrance of Holy Cross. McKeon Road will bring you to the Loyola Parking Lot where guests have permission to park. Accessible parking is available upon request. Please let us know if you are in need!

What time is hotel check-in?

Answer

Check-in at the AC Hotel Worcester begins at 4:00 PM. For those who will be staying for Saturday night only and are looking to utilize our shuttle buses, please be mindful of the bus departure time (4:15 PM). The front desk offers 24/7 check-in in case you need to check-in after the reception!

Is there parking for the hotel?

Answer

Yes! Guests can park in the garage below the hotel at a rate of $20 per day. There are also meters around the hotel for street parking as well as several public garages in the area.

Is there transportation to and from the reception?

Answer

Yes! For those who do not plan on driving to the reception, we have reserved two buses accommodating up to 100 guests. The buses will shuttle guests between the AC Hotel and Butternut Farm Golf Club. Check out our "Travel" page for more information on loading and departure times.
