We love your little ones! However, we kindly ask that children be left in the care of a trusted sitter for the evening—with the exception of close family members. Kids are welcome to to join at the welcome party the night before though!!
The dress code is cocktail attire—think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or a sharp jacket with slacks. Come looking your best and ready to dance!

Yes! Our celebration will take place entirely outdoors. The reception will be on grass, so make sure you wear block heels, flats, or wedges to avoid sinking in the grass. Carlsbad weather is typically gorgeous in June, so we're expecting a perfect evening—just be sure to bring a light layer in case it cools down once the sun sets.
We have a welcome party on Thursday, June 4th that everyone is welcome to come to! It will be at Union Kitchen & Tap in Encinitas from 5PM-8PM. We're also thinking about a casual beach day on Saturday (6/6) for anyone who wants to extend the celebration. Stay tuned—we'll share more details as plans come together!
Both our ceremony and reception will take place at The Old Rancho in Carlsbad—no need to travel between locations!
