We got engaged in Sun Valley, Idaho on February 13, 2026. This is the same location where Cole's parents, Bart and Leigh Ann Scott, got engaged.

Kate's parents, Bill and Susan Frerking, hosted their wedding reception at the Kansas City Club in 1991. The former "Kansas City Club" is now Hotel Kansas City, the location of our wedding reception.

Hotel Kansas City, which is the site of our wedding reception, was also the site of our first date.

We met at Brad and Ellie Ballou's wedding in Wichita, KS in June of 2021. We consider this photo from that day our first picture together (ha!). And Brad Ballou is now a groomsman in our wedding.
